The hotel's location was great for easy access to the Marina beach. the beach was only a few minutes walk away, making it easy to spend a day there. some guests enjoyed the breezy rooftop bar and the good breakfast spread served.

The condition of the rooms and bathrooms was often dirty and revolting.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and very helpful.the morning breakfast was good and services were perfect.

the rooms does not have a fan.the plumbing system has to be rectified. on the cleanliness part has to be taken care. the kindness of the staff overlooked all these disadvantages.

Great to be adjacent to chennai citi centre. Near the beach. The sea view was a bonus. 15 km from Chennai International airport...

Not obvious to find.

This place is located near the beach, which is great. We also loved that it was just 300 meters away from the subway and we had a delightful meal there. It served as a nice base for exploring the city.

Its location near the beach is good for someone who wants to spend time with the sea. 24 hours checking is another good thing. The room service is prompt and the food is decent.

The staff are good but keep a very stern face. The room is average with the ac struggling to cool the room. I was given a bit noisy room near the road and inspite of requests, did not manage to get it changed. There was renovation work going on till the midnight and after a strong protest, it stopped... Dont expect anything from the entertainment.. The tv channels have 95% south-Indian channels [even discovery and bbc in tamil].. So either you learn the languages or skip them.

Although many walls were stained and the ceiling had a few open panels, the facilities were generally clean and in good state. Free internet in the room was decent, if a bit slow and unreliable. I particularly appreciated the 24h check-out, since my flight left in the early morning and I was allowed to use the room until the late evening of the day before. The travel desk was very helpful in booking a taxi to go on an all-afternoon trip to Mahabalipuram with various stops on the way.

I saw a mouse in the restaurant on the roof and one day the room wasn't made (perhaps because I forgot to leave the key in the reception, but still...)

The beds were somewhat comfortable and the breakfast was decent, but that's about it. the location was close to the beach and there was a rooftop bar with a nice breeze.

The rest of the stay was nothing short of a nightmare. There was no hot water, and in some instances, no water at all.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its location , close to the Marina beach and walkable distance from Santhome church.

The service is very poor and the food is overly priced
